Our design process: What to Expect
Step 1 - Discovery Call
The discovery call is up to 30 mins via phone call where we get to know you. We will briefly discuss your needs for your space, the desired look you want to accomplish, and the budget for your project. If it is a good fit and you would like to proceed with the service, we will schedule an in-home consultation. At that time a 50% Designer Fee of the selected package price is due to lock in your booking. This is considered a deposit to secure the services.
Step 2 - In Home Consultation
During the In-Home Consultation, we meet to go over more details of your design ideas and plans. We’ll start with a tour of the space(s) you want me to work my magic on and explore what existing pieces of furniture or décor you might want to work with if necessary. This includes choosing a color scheme, space planning, taking measurements, finalizing budget, and any other necessary details for the space(s). Once I leave your home, I’ll send you an email with an agreement listing the services discussed.
Step 3 - Project Begins
I take the guess work out of decorating and source all home décor and furniture selections for you and within your budget. Project funds will be used for tis stage.

*Designer Fee is separate from Project Funds. Project funds are based on the agreed budget and will be used to purchase furniture, accessories, etc.
*If contractors are needed this will be discussed and scheduled.

Color Scheme and floor plan
This will be an opportunity for us to share ideas and give feedback on your desired look. This is about YOU and YOUR VISION.
Once we reach an agreed concept, you will know what your home is going to look like, what we’ll do with it.
Relax! We take care of the tiniest of detail so you don't have to.
Once all items are in, I will schedule an agreed upon installation date and time.

Step 4 - Installation & Styling, Project Reveal, Walk Through
The big day! After all items have arrived I will come and install and style for a beautiful and inspiring finish. Installation is typically done in one day or two days.
*Remaining 50% of Designer Fee is paid within 24 hours prior to Install Date
*Once all the furniture and décor is in place, if there are still smaller accent items that need to be purchased within the budget, we’ll put a list together. This décor shopping is done by me, in-person, in stores across Tallahassee, Florida. I shop for smaller items like trays, ornaments, candles etc. to add those finishing touches to complete The Look.
